Yusuf Winardi entered the event industry in 2003 at Rentalindo, starting as a Sales Executive. Over the years he worked his way up to Manager, then Branch Manager. Thirteen years inside one of Indonesia's most demanding industries taught him what no production brief can prepare you for: how things actually go wrong on show day, and how to make sure they never do again.
In 2016, he founded Sound & Vision Indonesia. The company grew steadily, building its reputation one event at a time and earning the trust of clients who kept coming back. Then COVID arrived and brought the entire Indonesian event industry to a complete halt for nearly three years. No shows, no productions, no path forward. By 2023, Sound & Vision had to close its doors.
But Yusuf did not stop there. In 2024, YW Production was established. Not simply a restart, but a more deliberate rebuild: sharper focus on execution, more intentional about the clients and projects taken on, and this time built entirely under his own name. Everything learned across more than two decades of show days was put into one company, built properly from the ground up.
2025 marked the next turning point. YW Production officially joined Karindo Group as a sister company, incorporated as a PT, and began scaling at a different pace altogether: growing equipment inventory, expanding production capacity, and extending reach across Indonesia. But the one thing that has not changed is the standard and team accountability that earned trust from the very first day.
